From November 2018 Until September 2019 I worked as a Communications Consultant for Akzo Nobel. This innovation team was located in B. Amsterdam, the biggest start-up ecosystem in Europe
AkzoNobel is becoming more agile. This innovation team was helping with the agile transformation and digital innovation. They love to inspire, educate, and experiment with (new) digital solutions. The team organises frequent workshops and events related to new technologies, robotics and digital innovation.
My task was to support this innovation team in all their communication needs and help them promote the agile journey within the company. This includes setting up newsletters, (internal) websites, narrowcasting screens, posters, emailings and other social media outings.
In this team, we were also becoming more agile ourselves which meant learning a lot about the different agile methodologies, following courses and trying out these practices.
